In general, 3D printing includes metal printing, plastic printing, ceramic glass printing and many other types. In November of this year, German machine tool manufacturer TRUMPF announced that its TruPrint 5000 (3D printer) can print high carbon steel or titanium alloy, and its new green laser pulse product can print pure copper and other precious metals.


In addition, 3D printing service providers such as 3D Systems, Optomec, ArcamAB, and Sandvik AB have invested a lot of energy in metal 3D printing technology development and product manufacturing. At present, under the joint promotion of major manufacturers at home and abroad, the metal 3D printing frontier technology is accelerating into practical application results, and the application scenarios of the entire metal 3D printing are also continuously expanded.
