By working closely with the customer and their design team, Mastars can evaluate the customers' full production and budgetary requirements, in order to advice them on the most suitable method of production and project management from rapid tools to pre-production molds with extremely short lead time. Our Tooling facilities provide customers with cost-saved service, supported by a project management team who can ensure the customers tools are produced on time and run with the utmost efficiency and effectiveness.

Rapid molds can be made of steel or aluminum with multi-cavity and dies when required by customer. We own the most advanced 3D structure design software such as PRO/E, SOLIDWORK etc. so we can use all the digital controlling from design to fitting check interposition, correct the mold design to save the time of repeat work in developing.
